5. Membership Plans and Subscriptions

Standard Membership — $6.99 per month or $80 per year
Provides additional features and privileges as described on the membership pricing page.
Premium Membership — $12.99 per month or $140 per year
Provides expanded access to eligible features, including applicable virtual dating and community event privileges.

Dateable may introduce promotional pricing, founding member offers, or additional membership options.
Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms.
6. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation
Paid memberships may renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval.
Before purchase, Dateable will disclose the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions.
By affirmatively enrolling in an automatically renewing membership, you authorize recurring charges according to the disclosures presented at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription through the available account billing settings or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for an already-paid billing period, except where required by law or expressly stated in an applicable offer.
Members generally retain their paid subscription benefits through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise disclosed.
Dateable will provide any legally required renewal notices, consent mechanisms, and cancellation rights.
7. Dateable Credits and Additional Purchases
Dateable may offer a virtual credit system for eligible activities and features.
Credits may be used for services such as:

Credit prices, purchase requirements, and redemption amounts will be displayed before a transaction.

Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold to other members unless expressly authorized by Dateable.
Purchased credits will not expire unless an expiration period is clearly disclosed at purchase and permitted by applicable law.
Refunds for unused credits are subject to applicable law and the refund policy disclosed at purchase.
Dateable may offer complimentary promotional credits with separate, clearly disclosed terms.
8. Virtual Dating, Video Calls, and Events
Dateable may offer virtual dates, video calls, speed dating, community groups, and online events.
Participants agree to:

- Obtain consent before sharing personal contact information.
- Avoid sexually harassing, threatening, or intimidating behavior.
- Refrain from recording or distributing private conversations without appropriate consent.

Dateable may remove participants from events or restrict features when reasonably necessary to protect member safety.
We do not guarantee that a virtual event will result in a match, friendship, or romantic relationship.
Event cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules will be disclosed when tickets or event access are offered.
9. Member Safety and Personal Responsibility
Your safety is important to Dateable.
Although Dateable may use reporting, moderation, verification, or other safety measures, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or behavior of every member.
Members should exercise caution when interacting online or meeting someone in person.
We strongly encourage members to:
- Keep financial and sensitive personal information private.
- Avoid sending money or financial assistance to other members.
- Report suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
- Arrange initial in-person meetings in public locations.
- Tell a trusted person about planned in-person dates.
- Respect consent and personal boundaries.
Dateable does not conduct universal criminal background checks unless expressly stated.
Any verification badge or identity check does not guarantee a member’s safety or trustworthiness.
Dateable is not an emergency response service. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
10. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct
Dateable is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Bullying, harassment, stalking, or intimidation.
- Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
- Disability-based harassment or exploitation.
- Threats of violence or sexual coercion.
- Financial scams or fraudulent solicitations.
- Unsolicited advertising or spam.
- Distribution of another person’s private information without permission.
- Uploading illegal or exploitative content.
- Unauthorized collection of member information.
- Circumventing account restrictions or platform security.
- Using automated bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized software.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

Members retain responsibility for deciding whom to communicate with and whether to pursue a relationship.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Dateable respects members’ privacy.
We may collect information necessary to operate our services, including account details, profile information, preferences, messages, transactions, and technical usage data.
Optional information about disabilities, chronic illnesses, or accessibility preferences may be especially sensitive and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Members should avoid sharing sensitive personal information publicly unless they are comfortable doing so.

Dateable does not sell members’ private messages or medical disclosures to advertisers.
13. Photos, Profiles, and User-Generated Content
Members retain ownership of original content they submit.
By uploading content, you grant Dateable a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the platform, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited retention required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
Dateable will not use identifiable member photographs in public advertising without separate permission.
Members must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload their content.
14. Blocking, Reporting, and Moderation
Members may use available tools to block or report inappropriate behavior.
Dateable may review reported accounts, messages, or content when reasonably necessary to investigate potential violations, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We may take proportionate enforcement actions based on the circumstances.
Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports is prohibited.
Dateable cannot guarantee that every report will result in account removal or disciplinary action.
15. Account Deletion and Termination
Members may request deletion of their Dateable accounts through available account controls or customer support.
Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an externally managed subscription. Members should follow the applicable billing cancellation process.
Dateable may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Any outstanding refund rights, privacy rights, and legally required data-retention obligations will continue to apply.
16. Third-Party Services
Dateable may integrate third-party services for payment processing, video communications, analytics, identity verification, and event management.
Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Dateable is not responsible for third-party conduct beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property
The Dateable name, logo, branding, website design, original text, graphics, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by Dateable or its licensors.
Members may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit protected Dateable materials without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dateable intellectual property to members.
18. Service Availability and Changes
Dateable may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features to maintain platform quality, accessibility, security, and operational sustainability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
Material changes affecting paid memberships will be communicated as required by law.
We will not retroactively impose additional charges without the consent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this section prevents members from exercising rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
